It’s really tough to hear constructive feedback. It can be hard not to take it personally.

But, that feedback can help us improve and go in the right direction. If I’m driving on the wrong side of the road, I definitely want someone to honk at me to let me know… before I get into an accident.

Likewise, if I’m on a journey, I want to know if I’m going in the right direction sooner than later so I can adjust the course if I need to.

So, the big question is:

Are you coachable? Are you open to feedback to improve?

Tinkering around in this video

A few people gave me feedback about the lighting.

Matt told me right from video 1. Thanks buddy! You weren’t wrong.

I tried stepping forward in this one to see if the ceiling light would make things a little better… and then discovered, I really need to shave.

I now have new mad respect for photographers, videographers and peeps who can make people light up so beautifully!

5 clamp-on lights probably don’t cut it. Gotta look into figuring out what YouTubers use for lighting.

If you have suggestions on how to make my videos better, let me know in the comments!
